Fine crystal scrub for delicate skin
Facial scrubs are tricky. I am used to getting microdermabrasion treatments from my dermatoligist's office, and became addicted to the fine crystals scrubbing my skin clean. But I couldn't find a scrub like that anywhere - Most out on the market have large grains that don't always work well on sensitive or delicate skin.

So when my dermatologist first told me about the Super-Skin line I decided to try their Super-Skin Mini Microdermabrasion Scrub. I was attracted to the idea of of those fine crystals combined with calming essential oils known for reducing redness and blotchiness. Super-Skin claims that "This unique scrub uses the same crystals as the traditional vacuum microdermabrasion machine." The crystals are like fine sand - nothing like the majority of scrubs which use ground almond shells or beads - and effectively exfoliates your skin thoroughly but gently. The addiction of essential oils like Jojoba, Elderflower, Chamomile and many others was also a huge plus in my book. No funky smell (altho honestly the cream doesnt have much of scent anyway) and very easy to wash off. very little residue is left, and that can easily be washed away with a bit of toner afterwards.

Scrubs like these will never replace a good Microdermabrasion from a salon or dermatologist, but it is definately a good "in between" treatment and a must if you have delicate or sensitive skin. The jar is small, but you only need to use a small amount so it will last you a long time. I've only been using it for a few weeks now, but I am really pleased with the results. So if you are like me and want a fine grain scrub for your delicate skin, this product is worth a try. This gets 4 stars from me, minus a star because the price is a bit steep for such a small jar. Other than that, worth trying out.
