no more hangovers!
As long as you're not drinking a stupid amount of alcohol -- Follow the directions and you won't have a hangover! (Take two before your first drink and two after your last). The bottle says you can take more if you want, so I suspect there's nothing very strong in it. The vitamin B will make your pee an interesting shade of yellow, but that's normal. The B's and the Alpha Lipoic Acid in particular help with the morning-after crankiness, but there is no acetominophen or other analgesic in it.

I am using this with co-enzymeQ10 for pain of arthritis.Seems to work.It works for alc.sensitivity as well. I will be buying again.
