I wear this armband all day, every day (except the shower or swimming), and when I plug it into my computer it tells me exactly how many calories I've burned for the day. All I have to do to lose weight is eat fewer calories than I burned. This takes the guesswork and stress out of "dieting".

This is the most consistent and accurate bathroom scale I've ever used, and I'm pretty picky about accuracy! It's really important for me to know where I stand as I lose weight, and knowing that this scale is giving me a real number takes a lot of weight off my shoulders. Ha. :)

This is a great inexpensive way to keep track of your measurements in addition to your weight, which can be helpful on weeks when the scale doesn't move as much as you'd like. Easy to use by yourself, unlike a regular cloth tape.

This isn't the exact model I have, but honestly any old kitchen scale is going to work about the same, they don't have to be all fancy and digital. I use this to check the serving sizes of things like cheerios, oatmeal, pretzels, and nuts, because without it I tend to eat 3 or 4 servings and think it's 2.
