Good but not like back home
This kuchela is not as good as the "home-grown" kind you get in Trinidad, but it is a very close 2nd. Overall, this is the only kuchela that is good replacement after your jar from back home is empty.

my secret ingredient
Matouk's Mango Kuchela is my favorite "secret" ingredient for so many dishes. I add it to stews, bean soups, salad dressings, etc. It brings out flavors beautifully.
