Cute but runs small
This is a cute shoe, very stylish with a nice retro look but it runs small. I ordered the 7 (I usually wear 6-1/2 - 7) and my toes are coming off the front of the shoe. It is snug enough on the front for my nearly narrow feet, but just too short to be called a size 7.

Has potential, but doesn't really work
Look/Style: I've been looking for a fun, funky white sandal/pump for a while and the design of these shoes was just what I was looking for. However, I agree with both previous reviewers' issues. The color is not white, but definitely more cream. Also, in the photo they look really smooth with clean lines, but the leather is pretty wrinkly and looks cheap - not a snappy patent look. Most annoyingly, the button on the toe really is loose and I spent most of the 5 minutes I had them on bending down to align the button.

Size: I am size 8.5 length with wide feet, so I'm usually somewhere between 8.5 and 9, depending on the toe and heel height. I ordered these in 9 and they were a little snug on the toes, but I'm sure they would have stretched and broken in to be more comfortable. That said, they probably would have needed padding on the ball of the foot.

Cute, but looks cheap
I got this shoe in black patent. The "jewel" is mounted loosely and the leather doesn't appear to be of good quality. It's cute and looks better on than out-of-the-box. But, the heel is quite high, so wouldn't be comfortable for a lot of walking. The ankle strap has a faux button closure. It's actually attached with a small piece of elastic. The insole could use more padding, especially where the ball of the foot rests. I'm returning these.
