Average customer review:Product Description
It's not that he doesn't have plenty to think about. Garfield could ponder the fact that he's the most popular cat in feline history. He could even examine his soul to discover why he's so funny, so mean to Odie, so nice to Nermal, and so exasperating and lovable to Jon. But he'd probably just prefer to think about food....

The Golden Age is getting close
This thriteenth installment of the "Garfield" comics includes The Caped Avenger having Odie as a sidekick (there's an error in 8/29/1985, but I hope you don't mind it), a night at the movies, triple-coupon day, a small dog with sharp teeth, Garfield's "lucky special stick", a canopy kitty bed, a boring day of fishing, Garfield's "Believe it or Don't!", another visit to the vet, the world's largest ball of twine, golfing with Jon, Garfield's attempt to write a book, a trio of rats, and Garfield & Odie in a playground. We're getting close to the Golden Age of "Garfield", so Food for Thought isn't really that special. But there are still tons of hilarious gags and ironic humor roaming around here, so it's not horrible, either.
