Average customer review:Product Description
You know when you bump your head and you're about to pass out, but then part of you remembers that the floor is, like, really dirty so you stay conscious and stagger around in an amusing state only loosely tied to reality? That's exactly what Loose Parts cartoons are like.
Parts Of My Brain is the second collection of Loose Parts cartoons from nationally syndicated cartoonist Dave Blazek. They're unrelentingly intelligent, oddly clever and not at all sticky. If you're a person who likes his or her cartoons smart, challenging and cholesterol-free, Parts Of My Brain is the book you've been waiting for.

About the Author
Three years ago, Dave Blazek added cartooning to his already full life as an award-winning advertising writer, graphic artist, commercial director and ninja. This former standup comic's cartoon, Loose Parts, is syndicated in newspapers all over America and in a few lucky countries overseas. He lives in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania with his wife and two daughters and has his brain dry cleaned at least once a week.
Customer Reviews
A fresh single-panel cartoon compilation
Actually Blazek has a style similar to that of Larson, but with 20% fewer talking snakes...and subject matter more like Seinfeld might have chosen--except for the talking snakes. Chock full of quick wit. I just kept reading one panel after the other without being able to stop.
Parts of My Brain
Parts of My Brain is popular with both the adults and the pre-teens in our house. It seems to feed that quirky twitch we are genetically pre-disposed to!
My Brain Laughed Outloud
Blazek's mind bending comics gets to my funny bone like none other. This book is as good if not better then the first "Loose Upon the World" in that the each page brings on more mind bending humor then the last. Have had family and friends pick it up off the end table and they have not been able to put it down; thinking at times with a quirky smile - laughing out loud at other strips! Keep them coming....
