The book if full of just good rock solid ideas. He talks about the importance of storytelling to help you persuade. That is one of the most important ideas todays sales professionals need to implement to close more sales.

I always say in sales, It isnt what you say but how you say it that is so important in closing and retaining more customers. But
this book is very specific on asking better questions, so dont expect a whole bunch of other sales topics.

I have spent over six years researching B2B sales and this book by far gives the best overview and specifics of how to build a great value proposition.
This book is a must for sales executives and sales professionals.
