Good life lesson
This show is great. Imagine yourself going to meet all your high school friends and maybe even enemies 20 years after graduation, seeing how much everyone has changed into a totally different person. There is a lot to learn besides all the fun. I'm looking forward to see the second episode.

Great way to get hooked on a reality show
The producers did a great job of selecting people from this Texas high school to reunite in a swanky Hawaii resort. I'm still not sure what the purpose of the show is, but anybody who looks back at their high school years with regret or longing will identify with this group of folks. The show went to great lengths to label these folks "the jock", "the drama queen," "the pipsqueak," "the popular one," etc. The problem is, 20 years later they are all essentially the same -- single, white, financially secure, and outspoken.

For as real as this kind of reality show "isn't" I would have liked to see the producers re-enact some of the high school situations that went on between these players. They show lots of photos... but seeing the interaction and hearing the words would make them much more real...

Don't bother watching this if you're not planning to Tivo the remainder of the season on TV Land -- this is just the introduction of all the players.
