About the Author
Rhiannon Frater lives in Austin, Texas with her husband. She has previously written two different columns for Central Texas magazines covering the underground music and film scene. She loves zombies and Texas and had great fun combining the two for the As The World Dies Trilogy. The first book of the trilogy, As The World Dies: The First Days, was her first full-length novel to be published.

I agree with others wishing for the final installment! The first two have a strong story line, well-developed characters, and yes, I read the first two in two days. These books are hard to put down. My only constructive criticism is that the editing/proofing was poor. Far too many mistakes for a published book - even if it was a vanity publisher!
Perfect for any lover of this genre!
Unlike most sequals this book ROCKS! Ms. Frater's books just keep getting better and better! She has created such a vivid world, her writing and characters literally pull you into their world and you SEE through their eyes. Very rarely have I had the pleasure of reading such a fun and interesting book. I couldn't put it down. Any lover of the Zombie Genre will love these books and they will find a permanent home upon their bookshelves!
Scary Trilogy Full of Zombies!
Loved the first book. This book starts with the survivors in the fort, and the trials that they face in an apocalyptic world that has death at every corner. I love really good end of the world stories like this one. Good original take on this type of story that ended well. Be sure to read the first book as it will explain some of the pain that the characters are going through.
