A Twisted Tale of Karma......
Colby "Cole" Patterson is a hard working man. He's successful, good looking and married to the love of his life Glenda. They have 2 children Gavin and Shawna. Colby's seemingly perfect life is turned upside down when his wife begins to think he is cheating and soon after she is murdered in a random drive-by shooting.

Colby's world comes crashing down as he struggles to adjust to life without his wife. Too add to his troubles, he is actually a suspect in his wife's murder!! Taking care of his kids and working full time is a bit much for Colby, so he is THRILLED to meet the sexy, young Karma Jolley while eating lunch,who advertises her services as "the clean-up woman". Colby feels that Karma can help keep his house clean and care for his children. Karma is just what Colby needs, or so he thinks. Cole hires her the same night, without checking her references.

Karma and her dog Princess are soon a part of the Patterson family. Karma takes great care of Gavin and Shawna...but she really wants to take care of Cole. Karma is a young lady from a troubled family with a past and she quickly falls head over heels in love with her "boss" Cole. And thats were the drama starts. Karma will do almost anything to be with the man of her dreams Cole, even if it means hurting a few people along the way. Oh and if Cole doesn't love her back...he might be hurt too!!!

Ths book is a 5 star read, Alisha is back and doing her thing in "The Clean Up Woman"!!!!

What Karma wants...SHE GETS!!!!!
This is a very good read!!! Karma Jolly redefines the entire "fatal attraction" theory for me. I was amazed by the plot and the lengths that the main character would go through to get her man, and I loved the mystery surrounding Karma's life story. The story line was excellent and although there were a few times I had to read a sentence twice to get an understanding, this book was great!!! As a north Mississippian it felt good to actually read about the places that I frequent. I recommend this book to all those who love a good, suspenseful story. The Cleanup Woman is a must read for the summer!!!!

This book is a quick read meaning that it holds your interest enough to keep you reading. Being from Memphis, it's always fun to be able to relate to the different landmarks in the book. It makes you wonder if it is anyone you might know.
