The Gateway Story
Gateway was conceived back in 2003 when it became obvious to the GTSA partners that the assistance one takes for granted in most western countries to buy real estate was not readily available in South America and in particular Argentina, Brasil , Chile and Uruguay. Because there is less consumer protection available to investors here the only safeguard they have is to choose the right professionals to deal with. Gateway, together with its partners, has created a funnel that attracts foreign investors and introduces them to real estate opportunities that we believe will best serve the investors’ interests. We designed this News Blog to be complementary to our website and the other two main communication tools we use. Each month we publish for clients an ebulletin which contains relevant news information for investors and a “Stock List” which provides the latest properties or opportunities.
