Excellent general purpose map
For a map of a country, this is as good as it gets...and what I expected. For detail you will need an area map, but this will do it for you if looking for an overview and relationships of different points.

Map of Uruguay
We won't be using this map before the end of the year, but it seems to be a good one. It is certainly the only map of Uruguay we have found available in the market so far.
