Great unobtrusive case for iPhone
This is a great case for preventing scratches on the back of the iphone. This case is much better than the Elago version, as other users have stated. This is because the case goes up and over the sides of the iphone, providing protection for the chrome edges. My one concern is that the case (while slightly bendable) will not give much drop protection, although because it is made of polycarbonate, it might protect the phone from a short distance drop. The silver is an excellent color choice and is unobtrusive. The whole case is slim and slick without being slippery. It will not get stuck in your pocket. I would recommend buying a self-adhesive iphone screen protector with this case. Also, the case does NOT protect the top and bottom of the iphone where the dock port and headphone ports are. I feel the case could have been made to leave holes for these items like many cases do, and like it did for the volume and vibrate controls on the sides.

If you're looking for a case that preserves the sleek beauty of the iphone, and if you plan on treating your iphone relatively nicely, then this is definitely a good choice. Combined with a screen protector (self adhesive, as this case doesn't quite go up and over the lip of the phone to hold most screen protectors in place), this provides moderate to substantial scratch protection, but probably little drop protection. The silver is a great choice for black iphones, but if you want something even more seamless, try the black. White iphone users will appreciate the white color choice.

Poor clip-on case
Firstly I purchased the white version, for use on a white iPhone 3G.

UPDATE:
After 4 months my white case has appreciably begun losing its soft touch material and has developed a crack. I'd lower my rating to 3 stars, the only upside her is the price. So if you plan to get several to swap out which would minimize wear then its still fine. Perhaps a different color would be better too.

Pros: Does not compromise the size of the iPhone too much, I had gone almost a full year without a case because one of the things I liked about the iPhone was its sleek appearance. Fits on nicely, protects the corners of the phone (where my dropped phones seem to land). Largely stays clean. Soft touch finish. Low cost is low risk.

Cons: With the cutout on I seem to need to use my fingernail to engange silent mode, whereas previously I could use my finger. I personally do not like the logo window especially since after awhile lint and dust seems to collect around the edges of the window.

Bottom Line: If you want a case that's not going to make your iPhone appreciably more cumbersome or garish while offering protection from low height drops or scuffing you cant go wrong here. Plus at a low price point you can afford for this to get beat up and buy a new case every few months.

I wanted a low profile case that didn't appear garish, or make the phone much larger, stumbled on this while casually looking around Amazon and with the cost it was too good to pass up. At first dirt seemed to stick to the white cover, but after handling it for awhile that does not seem to be an issue. Also personally I would prefer to not have the logo hole, but I can imagine those that would still like to sport the apple.

Great fit but poor quality
I ordered this in pink, and I loved the tight fit of the case and the bright color. But after my first attempt in taking the cover off (I have an iPod dock where I play my music from... but I needed to take the cover off in order to dock it) the corner of the case started peeling off, showing the white plastic underneath. Now that it has started in the corner, it's slowly all peeling off, and looks cheap.... I wouldn't recommend this if you plan on taking off the cover in order to dock your iPhone or for other reasons.
