Fabulous
This book is well organized and the information is very helpful. I love all of the Field Guides we have by Stan Tekeila.

Great identification guide for the back yard bird watcher
I have a couple of Stan Tekiela's books, and I think they're great.

In particular, I like the way they are organized. The sections are organized by color and from smallest bird to largest within each section, so it makes identification much easier than a book that is in alphabetical order. I've seem some people criticize this method, but how are you supposed to look up a bird alphabetically if you don't know what it is to begin with?

All in all, a very useful book. I have some others, but this is always the first one I go to when I see a new bird that I don't recognize.

Birds of Utah
Birds of Utah is the best book. You can look up birds by color to help you identify them. I would recommend this.
