a classic zine turned classic punk cookbook
Soy Not Oi! is indispensible for any punk, vegan, or DIY chef interested in feeding themselves and their friends a ton of delicious food. Filled with great recipes and hilarious artwork, it's hard to imagine a vegan kitchen being complete without a copy.

An American Classic...
I grew up with Soy not Oi!... well, sorta... It felt like growing up... I was in my twenties, living in Berkeley and Oakland, working at the legendary Little Planet Cafe Collective near the Ashby Bart... GREAT for Starting vegan or vegetarians!
Awesome cook book and information on vegetarian/veganism with soul. This book is also great for those who have been vegheads for a while as well. The way they write it is light hearted and fun. I appreciate the the thought put into this booklet and I like how they compiled from many people and brought personality to it.
