Good, light weight item for any occasion.
This is a good, light weight blanket that is useful in all weather conditions, but do not depend on it in extreme cold temperatures. This is an Army issue item and does come in very handy when going on hiking/backpacking trips, camping, or for whatever you need to use it for. I have a number of them and use them for camping, hiking, etc. It is also easy to fold/carry in a backpack and comes in handy to put inside a sleeping bag for some extra warmth. If you have a military style poncho, there are strings attached to this liner so that you can tie it to the poncho, wrap up in them both, and stay relatively dry during wet weather. Very indispensible item; These poncho liners come in multiple colours/camoflouge patterns.

The best item to own for Every situation. I owned one while I was in the army and with proper care my has lasted over 20 year now. it works to keep me warm or to use on the grass. We wrap up with it at football games. The tie strings have bee used to make a lean to.
