Customer Reviews
Terrific backstop
This hitting screen works very well for such a portable screen, and the SportsRUs price is a good value. The construction is high quality. The refolding process takes some getting used to, but works fine once you've done it a few times. The best part of this screen is that there is nothing to set up once it's opened! You just pull on 2 straps quickly and it's ready to use! It comes with some stakes, but I've never used them. I suppose they might be helpful in strong winds. The case and handles work well for over the shoulder carrying. Overall, a very good value.
Excellent screen
Very nice piece of equipment without being bulky. It feels like a solid piece of equipment that will last.
Quick to setup and take down. Base is held down by metal pegs. Setup is a snap. Take down needs to be practiced. Watching the video on the JUGS website clears everything up.
This is the one...
This is the same net coaches use for temporary practice sites....away games, travelling, etc. Set up couldn't be easier - toss it in the air, and its spring-metal hoops do the rest. It is a little tougher to fold, but by the second or third time we had it figured out. My kid loves it (Little League, AAU, age-12) because he can set it up anywhere in our yard to hit a bucket of balls; no more wrecked fences; no more chasing balls at the field! If this net meets your price range, it's the one.
