Disappointing1
For the price I paid for this book, I was very disappointed. It is very basic stuff and very little resources. A lot of telling but no real follow through on how the audience can find out more, helpful websites, etc... This book was more about the author and not about how someone could start a VA business as the title suggests. I would not recommend this book to anyone looking to start a VA practice. There are much better resources out there.
