Can you understand Chinese?
I made the mistake of not letting my son order his Christmas present. I thought i was getting an Ipod similar to Apple like it claims and instead I got a bootleg looking item without a way to change language so you can understand how to work it. (If it even works at all) The entire menu is in Chinese and the instruction book isn't much better. BlueProton never answered my e-mail about this product and I had to get Amazon to deal with them. Stay away from this company if you're smart. They don't even put in a packing slip or return label with their garbage.

Alright but no ipod
Right off in purchasing this I knew this wouldn't of ipod quality, but I decided to sacrifice. I want to first say that this company has great customer service, but you'll get a giggle from the engrish they may talk "We are aim to please!" type stuff.

When I first got my mp3 player the screen was cracked as it was mailed in an envelope. I sent it back and they returned it fairly quickly, however had me send it to China. And it wouldn't have mattered since soon after I got the replacement the player slipped out of my hands and landed on a chair from about 2 feet up and cracked the screen again. Not a fatal flaw, but if you wanna watch videos it can be bothersome.

Features range from really good to crappy. They headphone jack is the mini-phone style so you can't plug in standard headphones. The connector and cord looks pretty flimsy so you have to be careful with it. It comes with an AC charger adaptor though so that is cool. Also it has video, fm radio, recorder, and even tetris. Navigating is a bit hard though because there is no touch pad deal, just buttons. The battery life is about 4ish hours max so it's alright. They provide software to compress videos to a format that the player runs.

All in all I feel it's an ok deal if you are a very casual music/video person. The extra $50 is worth a better mp3 player. I still feel it does it's job and plays music and video alright.

I could not believe the quality of this product. It IS trash. the ad was an out right lie. I am astonished that Amazon would be affiliated with such a farce. The return policy is a joke. I will be reporting the company the to BBB. Please do not but this product. This company must know some of it products are crap or they would not charge a restocking fee 20% and return fee 10%! what a joke.
