I'm normally a 44C, and the largest size available for this is 38, but it fit me PERFECTLY - the band was ultra stretchy, with a little artful "arranging" everything can be tucked in and off your abdomen. The only way this could be more perfect is if it opened in front.

Stretchy string sides are a great feature. You will NOT want thong panties - you will be too swollen to pick a wedgie out of your butt. Yikes!!
