Great Refill...BUT........
I own the Litter Locker Plus and I must admit that the product does live up to its
name. However, the refills are quite expensive, the average price being $9.99
at the pet stores. I found out through a post on a different website about
the Safety 1ST NEAT diaper disposal refill system for literally half the
price!! I purchased two of them at TOYS R US for $4.99 each. That's two for
the price of one ordinary LitterLocker Plus Refill!!! I tried it and it fit
the LitterLocker perfectly!! I don't know if other diaper refills will work
as well with this system but Safety 1ST is a sure winner!!!!

LitterLocker Plus - handy waste recepticle
The LitterLocker Plus (and the refill cartridge bags)are great for those people who like to keep their cat's litter boxes clean and not have to deal with flimsy plastic bags to store their cats waste till trash day. It's self-contained bags and tight lid eliminate odors while storing the waste until trash day when you remove the bag to dispose of it. The seven-layered bags can last longer than the one month per cat if you don't turn the handle each time you scoop the litter box, which is possible since the lid keeps the odors enclosed in the container. Once it gets difficult to turn the handle, is the time to remove the bag which is easily cut with the cutter located inside the unit. For my one cat this is about once a week or week and a half (although I could go a bit longer still). I scoop the litter each day and put the contents into the litterlocker and shut the lid - done for the day. After a few days, I turn the handle which winds the bag inside and creates a new space for litter box contents to be added. Although it takes a bit of a knack to remove the bag, I think it's worth the effort not have to carefully hold a plastic shopping bag (hope that there are no holes in it) remove the waste from the litter box and take it out to the trash each day. It's great for people who have a cat or cats in their apartment, where the litter box can easily create a noticeable smell if it's not regularly cleaned. This makes a chore, less of a smelly, tedious problem, while keeping your cat happy too.

LOVE this
I bought the Litter Locker Plus as we had 6 ferrets and wanted to dispose of their litter in a way where it would not smell as with 6 ferrets you change the litter box twice daily. I love it, you do NOT smell any urine or poo, and the refills are so easy to change. I will be purchasing the Litter Locker Plus with refills for my Mom and her cat.
