By purchasing the replacement gasket I was able to avoid buying a new blender -- mine is 30 years old and still working well. Yay!
no response from supplier on incorrect product
This product is not what I needed. It is what I ordered because the details were not very carefully explained. When I received the item and it did not fit my blender I tried to call the supplier, Goodman's of Miami, Fl. I was unable to get anyone to answer repeated calls so I sent an e-mail explaining the problem. Even allowing for the week-end of a holiday I have not received a timely response to my inquiry. The rating is for the supplier, not necessarily the product.
