Very useful, delivery on time, price fare.
I bought this tool kit because I had an accident with my watch, and some of the hours marks fell. Because this was not the first time I decided to bought something that helps me to avoid the watch shop. I am a person with non previous knowledge about how to repair watches. But with some simple instructions downloaded from the internet and with this tool kit I could repair my own watch. Delivery was on time, and the price I think is fare.

Needs instructions BUT Great Customer Service
I recently purchased the watch repair kit and found when it arrived that there were no instructions or identifying labels for the various tools and parts. An email to customer service got me the watch band repair directions within 24 hours and a subsequent phone call took care of a problem I was having with one of the tools. A new one arrived at my door within a few days. If a short instruction set (identifying the parts and describing their use) was included with the kit, I would have changed the rating to a 4 or 5 star.

Cheap to the point of worthlessness
The tools are so primitive and finished to such poor tolerances and standards that most are not usable. Take for example, the screwdrivers: the shaft spins in the handle and the soft metal of the blade bends.

It is a fairly complete set of tools, with items, such as a hand puller, that only someone with a good deal of watchmaking experience would need, but, again, would likely find very ungratifying, dangerous (to watch and user), and ultimately useless.

If all you want to do is open up a case to change a battery, change a watch band, or resize a bracelet, then, in my opinion, you are better off spending less money and purchasing the few tools that you need for these common tasks from a reputable manufacturer.

One last comment, the set has a strange and overpowering odor. A few of the tools are covered with grease.
