Product Description
Manufactured to strict quality standards this link remover is the best heavy duty twist movement tool to remove stubborn watch links. You will need a small needle nose plier to fully pull the pin out. Simply align the pin with the tool and carefully twist tool knob to push the pin out. Twist design makes it easy to remove or add links to your watch band. Every watch collector needs a watch adjuster as part of their collection. Stop wasting money taking it to a jewler when you can do it yourself. It pays for itself after 2 uses and lasts for many years. Easily alter your watch at home without scratching the band. Fits most bands using a pin system to hold links together. Comes with two extra pins for replacing bent pins. Many watch bands use directional link pins, therefore you must push in the direction of the pin. Improper use of the tool will damage the pin and your tool. Please be careful when pushing the pin. It should easily slide out with some force. If you are pushing very hard and no movement, try using some lubricant like WD40 to help the pin slide out.

Does the trick
This tool does the trick. Two cautions: First, line up the pin with the link pin hole carefully, and hold it in alignment. The area of the tool where the band rests compresses in to let you do this. Failure to hold the band's link pin hole in alignment with the tool's pin will cause the tool's pin to break. (It comes with spares, so you can afford to lose one or two getting the technique right.) Second, have pliers handy. This tool pushes the link pin out past its friction hold point, but you still need to pull it out the rest of the way with pliers.
Money Saver!
Works great - I was paying $10. to have links removed, plus having to drive to the Mall. This works easily - just make sure things are lined up and you're pushing in the right direction - if it takes more than minimal force, you're probably going the wrong way. Most watch bands are marked with an arrow, but some are not.
Cool gadget. Works great. Makes watch adjusting too easy.
Got a new watch and needed to adjust it. Was looking for a tool to do it myself. In the winter, my wrist is slightly smaller and during the summers, it's a little bigger with the warmer temperatures. This tool was so easy to use, I couldn't believe it. Just place the band inside, line up the pin with the hole and twist. Now I can adjust the links and pins anytime.
Definitely plan to get a few more of these and give out as gifts. Using it once already pays for itself. It really could not be easier to adjust any watch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
