How bad is it?
I read the reviews and thought: How bad can this be? Well here we go:

1. It is so loud it will wake anyone sleeping. Coffee grinder loud!
2. The reservoir is so small it runs out in 10 seconds.
3. The tip is so mobile (rotates all over the place), you can't control it.
4. It is poorly designed, too large, and difficult to hold (Can't imagine if you have small hands).
5. Poor battery life, long charge time, no charge indicator. After two uses I needed to recharge! (yes I let it charge up initially for 16 hours!).
6. Waste of time to purchase!

Back to Amazon for this little doggie... (actually, that is being unkind to small dogs!!!).

Waterpik Ultra Cordless Dental Water Jet
The Waterpic Ultra is well made and the size makes it handy for use while travelling. However, the tip rotator is so loose so that it is practically impossible to keep it in the position intended. As soon as the tip touches the mouth the tip moves to a different position from the one chosen.

Much improved over WP-360
This is a bigger unit than the WP-360 and thus holds more water in the container. The real difference is in the battery. I can easily go over a week, using it twice a day, before charging whereas the WP-360 would never last a week. I have owned 4 WP-360s and each of them stopped holding a charge after abour 3-4 months. Let's hope they solved the problem with the WP-450. I have a feeling they did.
