Wonderful way to read the Bible
My husband and I are now in week 43 of our 2 year program to read the bible from Genesis to Revelation....it has been and continues to be a wonderful way to experience God's Word and a blessing to us each morning as we do our reading aloud right after breakfast. What a great way to start every day! The "Get the Big Picture" and Sharpen the Focus" features give a great overview and help in understanding the passages. We are leaving for 6 weeks vacation this week and the first thing to go in the car will be our Today's Light Bible.

This has been great for me and for our church!
This past year, our church gave copies of this Bible to every family to encourage daily reading from the Bible. We started with the New Testament, and this week we are heading into the Old Testament. The daily devotionals have been personally helpful, especially when the reading is from a hard-to-understand passage of scripture. I love picking this up every morning and highly recommend that you find a few other Christian friends to share this 2-year experience with you.

An Excellent Reading Plan with Christ-Centered Devotions
My wife and I have been doing this reading plan and really have enjoyed it. We began in the NT instead of reading straight through. The devotions are excellent and the majority of the OT devotions are sure to show the connection between Christ and the OT. I highly recommend this Bible.
