Incredible!
There is one thing I have to say for this product - believe the hype! I have wavy almost curly hair but this straightener keeps it straight all day even in humidity. The products are great (yes, they do smell a little like men's cologne but it smells good!) and this is a really good package price too. I love love love my CHI and you will too!

Good product, but ordered the wrong size for my hair.
I love this product, but I should of spent a little more money and gotten the 2" one. I have so much hair, that it takes too long to straignten all of my hair with a 1".

Did not work on my hair type, did not straighten my hair, left it looking dry and frizzy, I wasted my money.
