Born on February 29, 2000, this lavender leap year bunny marks the end of winter and the coming of spring. Its perky purple ears with ivory lining seem to pop from its head like the first crocuses of springtime. Its paws are sewn together in a lifelike bunny pose--as if Springy has suddenly heard a twig snap in the woods and is pausing to listen. A narrow face, small black eyes, and a delicate pink nose give this bunny realistic appeal. Yet the sweet facial expression, ultrasoft fur, and easy-to-pose physique make it clear that this little critter is 100 percent Beanie Baby.
