its ok
its a circular disk that your plantronics blue tooth fits in, and the reason i only give it 3 stars is that there is no integrated power to this docking station. you have to take the charger that came with the bluetooth and stick it in the bottom for it to plug into so there is no extra charger with this docking station.

Usefull but not necessary
Works well but really not needed. You just press the connector from the wall charger into the bottom of the base with the connector facing up, then when you want to charge your headset, you just pop it in the stand & you're charging.

Very helpful
I recently purchased a new Voyager 510 that came with this charging stand. I was very pleased with it, because it avoid the mess of wires hanging randomly across one's desk while making the headset convenient to grab when the phone rings. But it did make me want to have one for my original Voyager, so I was very pleased to find it here sold separately.
