Affordable and very solid
This bench is a steal. Everything about the bench is high quality compared to other workout equipment in this price range. It took me about 20 minutes to put it together; it comes in 5 large pieces and the body itself is extremely well-put-together.

Flat, 2 incline, and military positions are available (no decline, but that is OK with me). The back adjusts with gym-like pull-and-glide pegs and can be locked in place with a hand-screw, as well. I would not hesitate to lift very heavy weights on this bench.

I purchased this to use in conjunction with a squat rack I already had so I could do bench presses in it without buying a bench with crutches. It is perfect for this use, or as a standalone dumbbell bench.

The seller "Fitness Destination" was also great, providing fast and free shipping on a 67lb product!

An impressive product
Everything stated in the previous 3 reviews is true. This exercise bench is very solid, stable, well-crafted, and great for a multitude of dumbbell or barbell exercises. I put it together myself, although having a second person to help hold things for you would help. I expect to use this for a very long time.

Get 13 and 16 mm metric socket set for assembly
I can't blame this product for my trouble assembling it. It is a heavy duty product and I was not strong enough to hold it by myself and put it together and I didn't have a socket set, then went and bought the wrong kind.

A friend assembled it for me after it had sat 4 weeks in my living room floor waiting for me to put it together.

Now that it is together, I am impressed with how sturdy it is. It is fully worth what I paid for it.
