Customer Reviews

I love these gloves4
I bought these gloves, because being stationed in Iraq I don't have much to do with my down time other than lift weights. I was looking for something to limit my range of motion in order to alleviate wrist pain. These gloves have done just that, and my wrists never hurt. The only draw back I have seen is that the pair I bought were a little tight even though they are the size I normally buy. I lift 6 days a week and I have yet to find any signs that the stitching is deteriorated. I am really enjoying these gloves.

great gloves for working out4
These are better than the gloves without the wristwraps...they aren't as loose and the wristwraps add extra support when I am lifting. The only thing that would make this better is if there was more padding on the palm area.

Good gloves for yoga4
I'm a Forrest yoga instructor. We balance on our hands alot which -as much fun as it is - can be harsh on the hand bones.. Before practicing with the gloves my palms would usually be sore after practicing. I just accepted it..until I completed an advanced training and protecting my sore hands and aching wirsts during that time became a top priority. With these gloves I completely alleviated the above problems.
I didnt give the gloves five stars because when I practice I usually have to adjust the wrist wrap which loosens depending on what I working on.. Also the gloves can hold the hand bones too tight - this can restrict spreading the hand bones which is vital to good hand and wrist health.. and as such some people tend to develop dependencies on the gloves.. However on the other hand because the gloves are tight one has to work hard to spread the hand bones which can in the long run, help strengthen the hands and wrists..
Depends on the person..
