| Amazon.com has thousands of health foods but most of them are not really healthy due to salt, unwhole grains and bad sweeteners, like corn sryup. I have taken the time to check all the ingredients so that everything in this store is really healthy. This does not appy to the products in the right column. These green foods powders are much healthier for you than vitamin/mineral supplements (costing pennies to make) which are not foods. These superfoods are very nutritious and you mix many grams of them with diluted juice (not water) and they taste good (a supplement usually has a half a gram). They taste better mixed with the powdered carrot juice (also healthy). Unlike with vitamins, you can feel a difference using these superfoods. Many nutritionists use these and not vitamin/mineral supplements. The first time you drink it you may feel a craving to drink more since your body needs more. You can consume all you want unlike vitamin pills. Most tablets pass thru the body totally undigested. | ||
