Rachel Ray's Open House Cookbook
I am a big fan of Rachael Ray, and this book didn't disappoint me! Rachael's recipes are easy to follow. A good recipe book for entertaining. This book contains a nice variety of recipes for various different types of parties, from cocktail parties to dinner parties. Most recipes are easy to prepare, and don't take an excessive amount of time to make, which is nice. Good book for the beginning cook, as well as the experienced chef.
This cookbook is amazing!
I have only had this cookbook for about a week and a half and I have already made two of the chicken recipes and they were absolutely delicious!!! I HIGHLY recommend this book to all the cooks out there!
Like the home style cooking not the fixed box style (from school) cooking.
I like the book because it gives me lots to choose from and is easy to follow.
