Good product, not so good customer service
It didn't do as much for my hair as I expected but it's a nice product. It left my hair feeling VERY moisturized. The only caveats:
1. the mint scent is a little strong. If you're sensitive to such things, this may not be for you
2. Be aware that when you purchase from the vendor, you're automatically enrolled in a club. Your card is automatically billed and a package is sent each month. The vendor wasn't willing to issue a return receipt but said they would accept it back if I paid for the shipping. They also said I would be billed again later this month for the second package that I didn't want even though my club membership was (supposedly) cancelled. Rather than pay them for something I didn't request, I'm going to sell the unopened package. Or maybe gift it to a young lady going off to college this weekend...

I purchased these products many months ago from television, but not the infomercial but from the most popular of the home shopping networks since I knew I could return it for any reason and I could get auto-delivery, which made it about $50 less expensive than if I had ordered it from the regular infomercials. Also can change or delay when I wish or need to with no problems and not just cancel it.
Being a know it all like many of you are, I didn't read or follow the instructions really well before using the first time and so was only partially pleased with my results. Next I read AND followed them to the T - boy what a difference! I have baby hair, fine, thin, no body and extremely blond (which many of you may know that by the time you are in your 50s if you have natural blonde hair, it is no longer shiny at all). Using these products correctly from the rinsing it for 2 full minutes, the correct amount of product and doing it just according to the directions all the way down to putting in the extra in the ponytail area before getting out of the shower and then working it up to the roots and into the area with fingertips, plus adding the other products with hair soaking wet, I sometimes let it dry naturally which is something I never could do using shampoo. My husband was blown away which is saying something since we've been together about 40 years and he's seen my hair in many, many conditions in that time! It was so full, shiny, shiny, shiny and with beautiful lose curls that you see on the celebrities that have had their hair styled, but this was with no styling at all. I had been having to wash my hair every day due to just the way it was. Now I can go 3 days without having to wash it if I don't want to and take Chaz's advice about mixing the two products with water in a spray bottle and spritzing my hair between cleansing. My hubby starting using it also and he has totally different hair than I do, but it did amazing on his hair also. We are both so happy with the products, but I can't emphasize enough that you have to follow the directions exactly as they are written. It will appear dirty, which I noticed several folks complained of, if you do not use enough product. Like most people I had to find all of this out the hard way trying to stretch the product to last longer especially with two of us using it. In my experience, it has done all that it promised but only by using it exactly as directed and it gets better the more you use it.
The only reason I didn't give it all of the stars is the expense. I get that products like this are going to be more than grocery store brand shampoos and I expected to pay more when I was on my quest to find a hair cleanser that didn't contain dangerous ingredients like are contained in almost all shampoos. Being an real old hippie that has stuck to my beliefs that not only are we what we put in our body but indirectly what we put on our bodies as our skin is our largest organ. It does distress me that the products are contained in plastics, which by now we all know leach chemicals into whatever is in the bottles and then right into or onto our bodies. But glass in the shower won't work either. The price is why I am having to quit using it in this economy. It saddens me but many of us are having to make sacrifices now days. I hope when things improve that we will be able to return to it.
I urge those of you who were displeased with your first tries with it to get it from a place like I did where you can return it with no questions asked so if you still don't like it you can return it without a hassle. Also ask you to carefully research the ingredients of your current shampoos/conditioners/etc., and see what you are putting on your body and worse yet that of your families, most especially your children. Hope this helped someone understand that it has to be used exactly as Chaz has written his instructions. May we all find that beautiful hair we desire!

This product is not for all hair types!
My hair is straight, it is fine but I have alot of it. After two days of using this product, my hair is greasy and stringy and limp. I used a build up shampoo remover today and my hair is still not back to its self. I feel like I have this film over my hair. I wish I had never bought it.
