Customer Reviews
Cleanest, healthiest, hair ever!
Since using Wen I wait longer between washing my hair allowing natural oils so it's healthier. I absolutely never want to be w/o the Tea Tree. It's slight odor is not bad. The benefits far outweigh that if it's a problem for some. For me it elimates separate shampoo/conditioner since this leaves hair so clean, soft & manageable. Controls dry scalp from use of products without damage. The Best!
not happy with customer service
I loved Wen's Sweet Almond Mint cleansing conditioner and was looking forward to trying this Tea Tree one. I felt it was much more drying and was not happy with it. When I tried to contact the company to exchange or return the product, I had trouble getting through, and when I did, all I got was a voice mail asking me to leave a message and they would call me back. I never received a call back.
