Terrific product; it works just as it claims.
I ordered the Wen hair shampoo/conditioner wanting to believe it would work, but doubtful it would. This product is amazing. It not only cleans and conditions your hair, without the stripping agents contained in most shampoos/conditioners, but has actually strengthened my hair and made it seem fuller. I have thin, curly hair and Wen works as a shampoo and conditioner without weighing it down. I will defintely order it again.

Do NOT use as directed
I received this product as a gift from my Mom. I have never been a fan of expensive shampoos and was always skeptical about the validity of such claims from these expensive products.

This product is EXCELLENT when NOT used as directed unless you want greasy looking hair after the second wash; this is why I gave this product only 4 stars. Also, I have only ever wash my hair 2-3 times per week and still do when using Wen.

When using this product, I wash FIRST with my regular shampoo and then I used this product as a conditioner; and I only use a total of 12 pumps. I leave Wen in my hair for the duration of my shower and then rinse.

I use just a tad of Wen as a leave in conditioner for the ends of my hair. I have long layered hair with medium thickness and each time I use this method with the Wen, I am amazed at how healthy, shiny, voluminous; just simply beautiful my hair looks and feels.

Deep conditioner
December Update: After using this product for two months, I have reverted back to using regular shampoo. I still use Wen as a daily conditioner though. It also works great as a leave-in conditioner. I left the conditioner in overnight and then washed again with Wen in the morning, and my hair looked noticeably thicker and shinier.

Original Review: I ordered the Sweet Almond Mint, Cucumber Aloe, and Lavender cleansing conditioners. So far I have only used the Cucumber Aloe. The product works as advertised. My hair is softer and fuller, looks healthier, and doesn't feel weighed down. I have short hair (sits at my shoulders), and six pumps for the crown, each side, and nape of my neck seems to be an appropriate amount (24 pumps total). The Cucumber Aloe smells/feels like it has mint in it--it has a cooling effect, which I don't mind. My hair feels a little heavy on "day 2" so I'm forced to wash it daily, but I do like how the product makes my hair feel on "day 1", so I will continue to use it. I highly recommend Wen for anyone looking for a deep conditioner!
