Simply amazing!
I was introduced to this Wen product when I went on a cruise earlier this year. I have very dry naturally curly hair that is color-treated, so I have to be VERY careful about the type of products I use on my hair. I am thrilled with how my hair looks & feels when I use this Wen product: my hair is soft, my curls have extra bounce & this cleaser is gentle enough not to harm my hair even with daily use. I love the way my scalp feels from this product: cool & slightly tingly. Make sure that you use plenty of product & that you take enough time in the shower to work it through your hair as Chaz Dean suggests. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a natural way to get shiny, healthy hair...I do not want to go back to my traditional shampoo/conditioner routine ever again!

i love this product. i agree that it is expensive, however i feel it is well worth the price. with regular (good quality) shampoo i still need to shampoo every day in order to look good. with wen i can get away with 3 days. i am in the public eye every day, and still feel confident that my hair looks great. if you follow chad's direction exactly, you should have the same results.

I like the fact that this product doesn't have any harsh detergents. I have long hair and trying to keep my hair from drying out on the ends has become quite a task. However, this is a hight price to pay in order to have healthy hair. I ordered the large size bottle and for the amount recommended for my hair length (40 pumps), I'm going to be buying a $52 bottle every month. I usually wash every other day. So, when it's time to wash my hair, I really have massage this product into my scalp and hair to actually feel like it's cleansing. This often results in more hair loss, which I cannot afford. And if you don't use this product properly, it can sometimes feel as though you didn't wash it at all--Itchy scalp and all. After several weeks of use, I thought my hair would be smoother with less frizz. No luck. Contrary to what they say about using heat styling products, I have no other choice but to use them. My hair would look a mess if I didn't. So, my overall rating of this product is that it's okay. Don't expect any miracles, unless you have the patience to grow out an entire whole new head of hair.
