Enjoyed by adults and little ones alike, this album is joyful collection of well-loved solo and chamber music by Mozart that celebrates childhood.
In a sea of Mozart CDs made for babies, children, and expecting moms, Mozart: Scenes from Childhood is perfect for parents who would like to expose their child to good classical music performed by award-winning musicians rather than a synthesizer that veers away from the organic sounds of instrumentation.

Produced by Grammy Winner David Frost, this uplifting CD fills the home with lively sonatas and trios that can be appreciated by everyone from babies to parents to music connoisseurs.

Award-winning pianist Angela Jia Kim has been performing Mozart since the age of five, and this album is a snapshot of favorite pieces she played as a child.  Mozart has been described as the “eternal child”, and these charming masterpieces exemplify the playful and innocent melodies that delight listeners.

The CD features the youthful Sonata in C Major, K. 545, the lovely Alla Turca Sonata in A Major, K. 331, and the exuberant Trio in Bb, K. 502.  Angela is joined by friends and colleagues violinist Sharon Roffman and cellist Julie Albers for the chamber music portion of the album.

Sweet 5
I play this for my niece, my baby, and me all the time! It does remind me of childhood since I played a couple of pieces when I was a kid. The sonatas are beautifully performed with a lot of character, color, and gorgeous phrasing. it's just a sweet cd that you can play for all occasions. We had a dinner party yesterday and had it playing, and it put all the guests into a great mood.

Pure joy!5
We listen to this CD from breakfast to bedtime. It is uplifting, energizing, and inspiring. Our three-year-old hums along to it. The music and musicianship are staggeringly beautiful.

A jewel5
This is the "sweetest" "must have" album ever. I have it looping on my ipod all day while I work. It's my new feel good cd. All of the pieces are perfection. I LOVE it! Beautiful cover as well :-)
