If you're wondering where to start, I recommend beginning with The China Study, and getting one or two cookbooks. I'm always reading something new, so I'll be updating this list often. People often ask me what my favorite cookbook is and I don't really have an answer. I use different cookbooks based on the occasion, and I don't just have one cookbook (in fact, I own nearly all of the cookbooks listed here!). Having several different cookbooks to choose from will provide you with fresh ideas and keep this way of eating exciting and most important, delicious!
