Better than sugar
I add a teaspoon of molasses and some raisins to sweeten the oatmeal at breakfast; I love the richness, wholesome color and flavor. It was cheaper than the store; The shipping was free and it arrived sooner than expected. Amazon has never disappointed me.

Excellent
This a very dark molasses with a much stronger flavor than your typical supermarket brand molasses. It is not as sweet either. For those looking for a rich flavored molasses for their baking needs, this is an excellent choice. Being organic and fair trade is an added bonus.

Delicious, great for cooking
This is my favorite molasses--it has great flavor and it's great for cooking. It has a deep flavor (great for adding flavor to baked goods), but it's not too biting to use in oatmeal, for instance. I like it a lot.
