Low glycemic index sweetener that tastes good
This is a must-have for most people, with or without glucose issues. We like to use it the following ways:

-Greek yogurt with blueberries
-Black tea with skim milk
-On strawberries, raspberries

Your alternative sweeteners are those found in paper packets that often impart an unpleasant flavor. While agave nectar does not pack the punch of pure cane sugar, this will not spike your glucose levels. This particular organic brand is often sold in health food stores for much more. As long as you have room to store it, buying in bulk also makes sense since it has a long shelf life. Great buy on amazon!

We've been using Agave as sugar substitution for several months now and loved it. This is the best product out there that works well in anything that requires sugar. We don't use any other sugar except Agave in our cooking. Besides, it is low in glycemix index which is great.

For those who are health conscious as we are should try it and you'll love it without much hesitation.
