This Olive Oil works well when baking desserts. I use an extra virgin olive oil for everything else!!!

What many people don't know is that this type of flour is not the same as a hard wheat flour, which is used primarily for bread baking. Whole wheat pastry flour is lower in gluten and protein. It is a soft wheat berry and makes a delicious dessert. Sometimes it is difficult for some to notice they are eating something whole grain and healthy. I love it!
