Buy new: $40.49 / Used from: $2.73 This book was ahead of it's time when it was published but it really needs to be updated. That being said, it is an excellent WLAN security book especially if you want to learn the cryptographic guts behind al the algorithms and protocols that are used in wireless security.

Buy new: $60.00 / Used from: $111.18 The handbook is a MUST have if you want to get a basic understanding of the details of the PHY and MAC layers of the 802.11 standard. The author, Bob O'Hara, was the founder of Airespace which was the WLAN controller company purchased by Cisco. The book is an excellent reference guide in summarizing all the 802.11 amendments. This book will also serve as the official study guide for CWNE.
