Buy new: $11.96 / Used from: $9.46 The title of this book is a bit misleading. While it was a great story about the interconnectedness of politicians and newspaper editors it's hard to pinpoint Lincoln's "Wrath" towards any of these editors. It seems that Seward, Cameron, Chase then Bates were the true culprits. It also tells the remarkable story of John Hodgson, a Democratic editor who stood up the Lincoln administration and won.
