Customer Reviews

Not worth the money1
These swords are not worth the trouble. They are cool to look at but that's about it. You have to keep taking them out of the light saber holder to operate the game (Lightsaber Duels game)and they are heavy. Maybe that's the point -they're supposed to recreate the feel (heft?) of the "real" lightsabers but we felt like it was easier (and more fun) to just play without them. We bought the two pack from Sam's club and it is going back. Also, you should know, they just light up, no sound effects.

Great Concept, but needs to have weight balanced for gameplay2
My wife and I purchased these and, although they are bright and would be fun as props or for a costume, they are not practical for gameplay. It makes the entire apparatus top-heavy and causes arm pain after only a few minutes of play (my wife is a bowler and has fairly good forearm strength already, so it's not just a matter of needing to work out the muscles). If the Wiimote had been placed in the middle, allowing for the batteries to add weight at the back of the hilt, this would be a much more useable toy.

does not work-design blocks sensor!!1
I agree with the other reviews. I am very disappointed because my 6 year old son is a Star Wars freak and you have to keep taking the remote out to control the game, then put it back in for the battles. At his age, he cannot do that easily, so I have to help him with that. They are cool looking, but not practical at all!
