fun fitness
I have been enjoying my wii fit! I initially ordered it for the Yoga component but find that I enjoy the other programs as well. I like the way it keeps track of my progress. There are parts that are quite challenging and motivate you to keep going. I recommend this to anyone who doesn't have time to go to the gym but want to keep in shape.
