Customer Reviews

Wow! One of the best!5
Ok, so some of you may not think this is a good perfume just by the name Paris Hilton. Yes, shes a skank but her perfume smells AMAZING! I smelled it on one of my friends while I was on a trip and was stunned by how good it smelled. At first glace of the product I figured it would smell bad just like many of the other celeb perfumes (there are many that smell horrible!) but this one is different. It has a unique, girly smell to it and if you liked Britney Spears Curious like I did, you will love this one! I paid $39 for my bottle and it's only 1.7 oz :( I will definitely be ordering this one when my bottle runs out! What a fantastic deal!

The only perfume I will buy5
I'm not a fan of Paris Hilton's morals, BUT, the Heiress has done well for this product. It is the best perfume I have ever worn. I stacked up on 3 of these. The cream is not the greatest, but the perfume stands on its own as beautiful and lady like indeed.

Great Fragrance, but Questionable Product Shipped from Amazon4
I was hesitant to try this perfume because of the D-list "celeb" tied to it. However, based on glowing reviews here and elsewhere, coupled with an unbelievable price, it was worth a try ... and a sample became a purchase.

In an era of fragrances that are frequently too candy-like or too floral for me, this perfume is a delight. Some have described this fragrance as young & flirty & girlish, and I suppose that is true. But it's definitely, not your grandma's scent -- not strong & old-fashioned. It's also feminine, not one of those ozone-y, gender-neutral scents. And, it doesn't smell like a wallflower from BBB or a candle from YC. So, maybe the description is less what it is and more what it isn't -- it isn't all those things I so don't like about fragrance today.

I'm a 40-something, and this fragrance suits me just fine on days when I want something different, or don't want to offend with something too powerful. It's a year-round fragrance for me, and I put it in the category of Lovely & Covet-Pure by SJP, both of which I wear -- It's just not as "mature" as the SJP frags ... maybe 15 years younger. (Sorry, SJP.)

A definite keeper in my collection. However, there are three downsides: (1) lasting power may not be as good as I would like, (2) sometimes a strong, single floral dominates the scent on me, and (3) the bottle is uninspired, tacky, Avon-like. Overall, 5* for the quality of the fragrance given the price, with one * deducted for lasting power & the freaky floral. Bravo for Paris Hilton, although I so wish I could scratch the name off the bottle (and, I've tried ... doesn't work); Maybe a black sharpie to the whole thing.

However, I am disappointed that Amazon is shipping perfume as open-box items without a factory seal. This is the second perfume in a row that I received from Amazon without any cellophane or protection on the perfume. This is highly unusual, and I would never purchase a fragrance at a B&M store open box knowingly (or, not on clearance, clearly labeled). I am unclear as to the authenticity of Amazon perfumes, and I am concerned about tampering. Amazon will not accept fragrances as returns, so I am unclear why the packages are open in the first place.

Not factory-sealed - tsk, tsk. An open box item should be clearly labeled such. Buyer be aware.
