Jagan Mohan Ailinani, MD is Clinical Professor of Radiology, Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Carbondale, Illinois, and visiting faculty, St. Louis University School of Medicine, St. Louis, Missouri. Very helpful book.
This is a great book. Each section gives a description and image (CT and/or MR) of most pathologies as well as its etiology,epidemiology, signs and symptoms, which sequences best visualize the pathology, treatment, and even a prognosis.
The book covers everything from head to feet.

Very good Tool
This is a very good portable resource, offering a review regarding common pathologies. This will help you to identify the meanly characteristics of the diseases. The price is accessible. Good quality images.

Review on CT/MR Atlas
As a 2nd year Radiology resident, this book is a good primer for CT and MRI correlates. It's in no way a substitute for a text or full-series discussion, but to solidify key concepts of common pathology as your reviewing cases initially, it's hard to beat.
Cheap and Introductory...a good buy.
