Cool for the old school gamers
Despite the age of the product it works GREAT I have one I bought on here from a great seller and it's kind of dirty , the screen is scratched and stuff but that's OK! There's no lines in the screen and the sound is way better than the game boy advance!

Overall great product!

I also would like to say, my game boy advance looses it's battery door all the time. I have yet to lose the battery door on this one. I broke my first game boy advance after 3 days of owning it! I broke a display model of a game boy micro as well!

Old game boys are much more durable than the new systems, do not buy a Game boy SP or a DS they break so easy if you drop them it's not worth the money at all!

Nintendo Game Boy Gray System
Sometimes it is fun to bring the retro feeling to the future! Sometimes it is fun to have a bulky system like the Nintendo Game Boy Original! Sometimes it is fun to have the most durable gaming system in the book!

The Original Game Boy was designed in 1989 and was released with many well known titles one being Super Mario Land. I really like this system as it is MUCH different than all of the other Nintendo Game Boy systems and it is so durable that if you threw it off the empire state building and landed on your cats back it would still work perfectly. Don't buy a Nintendo DS Lite that you have to pay $35.00 for a game that is not even the size of your eye ball, get something cheap, durable, and has a big library of games. I would also get the gray Nintendo Game Boy battery pack with the cord because then you don't have to use 4 AA batteries, however with batteries the Original Game Boy can last about 30 hours with only 4 AA batteries. This system is A LOT better than any other system by Nintendo, to be honest with you, now you can get Super Mario Land at Game Stores for $1.00 and up but most commonly $12.00. *****WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY A NINTENDO DS LITE, THEY RIP YOU OFF AND I HAD ONE AND MY BROTHER HAD ONE AND WE GOT SO RIPPED OFF ON GAMES THAT WE COULDN'T EVEN AFFORD OUR CELL PHONE BILL...... *****Please get a Nintendo Game Boy Original, you will be so happy, make sure you get a case for it and be sure to put the games in plastic cases. The best Game Boy Game deal I ever got was, I got a Super Mario Land (original) from Game Stop for $1.50 last weekend!

game boy for $10.00!!!!!!
UPDATE:i got the game boy & mario land today!!!!

i got the game boy today and it came all the way from eugene Or!!!!!

and i got super mario land a few days back before i got this!!!

pros: very very durable it looks like it could take a beating.

cons:when you put a game pak in the game boy without blowing in it the nintendo logo turns into a black line my advice.......blow into the slot where the game is held and then before you put batterys in it put some acohoul in the battery slot. over all very very pleased.
